Carbon Neutrality Services

We offer end-to-end carbon neutrality services at Advait.
Climate change is one of the most challenging international policy issues that the world has ever faced. This research investigates a wide range of climate-related concerns, including various aspects of the evolving international framework to address it and the state of health of global carbon markets.
Climatologists unanimously believe that unmitigated anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions are already causing significant changes in the earth’s climate and threatening to drive us over unknown tipping points. Human activities are estimated to have caused 1.0°c of global warming above pre-industrial temperatures, with a likely range of 0.8°c to 1.2°c. If current trends continue, global warming will most certainly hit 1.5°c between 2030 and 2052. The environmental consequences of utilizing the world’s natural resources and raw materials to meet the rising demands of the 21st century are unsustainable.
Decarbonisation refers to the process of reducing or eliminating emissions. If firms are to fulfill 2050 net-zero greenhouse gas emissions targets, the carbon offset market may need to grow by up to 50 times. Offsets issued in 2020 amounted to 210 million metric tons of CO2 emissions or 0.4% of total global emissions. To achieve net-zero energy emissions by 2050, 7.6 gigatonnes of carbon dioxide offsets or removal will be required. In a world where environmental sustainability is becoming more and more crucial, businesses are recognizing the importance of achieving Carbon Neutrality Services in India as a significant step toward mitigating climate change.
Our dedicated team of experts is here to guide you on your journey to carbon neutrality, offering a range of customized solutions designed to address each aspect of your organisation’s carbon footprint, including Carbon Neutrality services in Ahmedabad.

Carbon Credits as Powerful Incentives for Investments

Market Demand and Certainty

Growing demand for carbon credits and the carbon market provide investors in renewable energy projects with certainty. The existence of a robust and active carbon credit market ensures that emissions reductions have a monetary value. This market demand encourages investors to invest in renewable energy projects and participate in emissions-reduction activities.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Compliance

Carbon Credits in India meet legal requirements and business social responsibility goals in addition to financial incentives. Many jurisdictions and companies have set emission reduction targets to meet legal obligations or demonstrate their commitment to sustainability.

Supporting reforestation projects

Reforestation projects help to absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, hence reducing greenhouse gas emissions. When a company invests in reforestation, it can acquire carbon credits that it can use to offset its own emissions.

Financial Value for Emissions Reduction

Carbon credits assign a financial value to emission reductions. Businesses that invest in renewable energy projects can create carbon credits by replacing fossil fuel-based energy generation with clean and renewable sources.

Additional Revenue Stream

By earning carbon credits, renewable energy projects can generate revenue in addition to the sale of energy. This additional revenue stream enhances the financial sustainability and attractiveness of investing in renewable energy projects, with guidance from carbon credit consultants in Ahmedabad.

Increased Project feasibility

The financial value of carbon credits can increase the feasibility of renewable energy projects. It has the potential to close the price gap between clean energy technologies and conventional fossil-fuel-based energy sources.

The Carbon Story

According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), to reach net zero by 2030, Emission Trading Scheme Gujarat and direct building CO2 emissions need to fall by 50% – which equates to around 6% per year. To achieve this, we need to create and submit Nationally Determined Contribution targets (NDCs), as despite being a huge contributor to CO2 emissions, the building sector lacks any specific mitigation policies.
In order to spur the adoption of net-zero emission buildings, state governments must increase their commitments to NDCs with longer-term climate strategies such as carbon credits that carbon footprint reduce energy demand in the built environment, decarbonize the power sector, and identify materials that reduce a building’s lifecycle carbon emissions.
The inclusion of Green Recovery Packages is proven to be an accelerator that will get us moving quickly in the right direction. It is not only assisting in the transition of the real estate and construction sectors to a low-carbon path, but it is also slowing climate change and delivering significant economic recovery benefits; as a result, it should be a clear priority for all governments.
India is advancing at the intersection of its energy needs and environmental goals in a world rife with environmental problems. With its concentration on renewable and clean energy, India is set to lead the international fight against climate change, with the help of carbon credit consultants in Ahmedabad. The wise use of carbon credits, a financial tool meant to reduce environmental damage and promote green practices, is a critical component of this story.

Carbon Footprint

A carbon footprint, in broad terms, is the total volume of greenhouse gases emitted into the Earth’s atmosphere as a result of human activity. It offers a viable path to incentivize emissions reductions and promote sustainable practices, as well as a market-based mechanism to combat climate change. It was imperative for the nation to discover effective and and scalable solutions to carbon emissions in Ahmedabad and its battle against climate change, and reduce global carbon emissions. In accordance with that, so far India has installed a record 15 GW of new renewable energy capacity in 2021/22, giving visibility to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s ambitious vision of 450 GW by 2030. A total of 172.72 GW of capacity from non-fossil fuel sources has been installed in the country as of October 31, 2022. The country’s installed renewable energy (RE) capacity stands at 150.54 GW (solar: 48.55 GW, wind: 40.03 GW, small hydropower: 4.83 GW, biopower: 10.62 GW, large hydro: 46.51 GW) as of November 30, 2021. Prior to the global pandemic, India’s energy demand was projected to increase by almost 50% between 2019 and 2030, but growth over this period is now closer to 35% in the STEPS and 25% in the Delayed Recovery Scenario.

Carbon Offsetting projects

Carbon footprint is the emission of greenhouse gases by enable organizations and individuals to invest in environmental projects across the globe to balance out their respective carbon footprints. These initiatives are typically based in developing nations of the world. Most frequently, these are intended to reduce future carbon emissions.
Carbon footprint includes the emission of greenhouse gases from various sources. This might involve extending sophisticated clean energy technologies or buying carbon credits through the emissions trading scheme. Other carbon offset programs use tree plantations to absorb carbon dioxide directly from the atmosphere.
Some organizations and people offset their entire carbon footprint. At the same time, others work to mitigate the impact of a certain activity, such as flying. Carbon offsetting has become extremely popular over the past few years.
Leading organizations, such as Advait Infra, aspire to embark on the journey of carbon credit consultancy in order to ensure a sustainable future.
Advait offers end-to-end carbon neutrality and net-zero solutions in addition to Carbon Consultancy services in order to contribute to carbon offset projects.
